2. Services

taxisinbarcelona.com offers booking assistance for taxi and private transfer services in Barcelona, including airport transfers, city rides, cruise port transfers, business travel and long-distance routes.

Services may be provided directly or through professional licensed drivers and transport partners. Final details are confirmed before the ride by WhatsApp, phone or email.

3. Booking Requests

A booking request can be made through WhatsApp, phone, website form or email. A booking is only confirmed once the customer receives confirmation from taxisinbarcelona.com.

The customer must provide correct pickup location, destination, date, time, passenger count, luggage details and flight or cruise information when relevant.

4. Prices & Payments

Prices shown on the website are starting prices or estimated fixed prices. The final price is confirmed before the ride.

Payment may be accepted by cash, card, bank transfer, payment link or another agreed method. Some bookings may require advance payment or a deposit.

Extra charges may apply for additional stops, waiting time, child seats, extra luggage, route changes, late-night services or special vehicle requests.

5. Airport Pickups

For airport pickups, the customer should provide the flight number and terminal when possible. If flight information is provided, we may monitor delays and adjust pickup when possible.

The driver will contact the customer by WhatsApp or phone and wait at the agreed pickup point.

6. Waiting Time

Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the booking type. Extra waiting time may be charged if the customer is delayed, unreachable or changes pickup time without confirmation.

7. Cancellations

Customers should cancel as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or email. Cancellation conditions may depend on the route, vehicle type, booking time and whether a deposit or prepayment was made.

Last-minute cancellations, no-shows or cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched may be charged partially or fully.

8. No-Show Policy

A no-show happens when the customer does not appear at the agreed pickup location, cannot be contacted, or gives incorrect pickup details.

In case of no-show, the booking may be cancelled and the customer may be charged the full or partial fare.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide correct booking details.
  • Be available by phone or WhatsApp at pickup time.
  • Inform us about flight delays, luggage, child seats or special needs.
  • Respect the vehicle, driver and local transport rules.

10. Luggage & Special Requests

Customers must inform us in advance about large luggage, sports equipment, baby seats, child seats, pets or special requests.

Some extras depend on availability and may have an additional cost.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable pre-booked taxi and transfer services. Availability may depend on driver capacity, traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, public events or other circumstances outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

taxisinbarcelona.com is not responsible for delays, missed flights, missed trains, missed cruises or other losses caused by traffic, incorrect customer details, late customer arrival, force majeure or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for booking with enough time before flights, cruises, appointments or events.

We try to keep website information accurate and updated. However, prices, routes, services and availability may change without prior notice.

14. Privacy

Personal data provided through bookings is used to manage transport requests, contact customers and provide the requested service.
